2021 Fall Technology Workshop
Theme: “Applying Multiple Effective Ways to Embrace Technology-Based Learning Approaches”

To allow more time for in-depth discussion and practice, this year’s workshop will be held in 2 sessions on 2  consecutive Saturdays.  All the presenters are CLTA-SC members at various levels of instruction and we are confident you will find their presentations highly relevant and applicable. 

Session I on 10/30/2021 will open with a tribute to CLTA-SC’s founding president Prof Tim Xie 谢天蔚教授, who passed away in September 2021. We hope you will join us as we pay tribute to Prof. Xie and remember his legacy.

Abstract:  老师们在教授语法结构与操练之前,也许可以思考如何设置一个“语言基本框架的简介”,给学习者一个更高维度的语言逻辑,让学生在学习过程中,使用来学习新语法,随时有意识地检测目标语与母语的差异,并与前置学习的内容做一个链接,或形成一个有机网络。
