March 14, 2025 – CLTA-SC Webinar on Promoting Chinese Programs and Securing Community Resources

The webinar focused on ”How to Promote Chinese Programs and Secure Resources in the Community,“ organized by the Chinese Language Teachers Association of Southern California (CLTA-SC), with the experienced teacher, Ms. Guo Tianni, as the keynote speaker. Ms. Guo has many years of practical experience in the Hayward Unified School District in the San Francisco Bay Area, providing teachers with numerous practical strategies and suggestions aimed at promoting Chinese programs and securing resources. She detailed effective methods for promoting Chinese education within the community and discussed the importance of establishing partnerships with schools, parents, and other educational organizations. These collaborations can help teachers gain more support and foster the development of Chinese education. The attending teachers greatly benefited from the seminar, learning practical techniques for acquiring resources and recognizing the crucial role of community collaboration in promoting Chinese education. The entire seminar was inspiring, motivating teachers to actively advance Chinese programs in their future work.
