On February 9, 2025, the Chinese Language Teachers Association of Southern California (CLTA-SC) hosted a fantastic workshop at the Huntington Library in partnership with the USC U.S.-China Institute and the National Consortium for Teaching about Asia!

The workshop aimed to integrate Chinese garden culture into K-12 education, offering local educators innovative teaching strategies and resources. Participants gained fresh ideas on how to incorporate this cultural element into their teaching. Special thanks to the fantastic team from Polytechnic School for their invaluable support!

Led by Kristin Brisbois, our speakers He Bin and Lois Chung inspired us with their insights on teaching strategies.

This collaboration reflects our commitment to enhancing Chinese language education in our communities! In the future, we will prioritize sharing more workshops and information related to Chinese language education with CLTA-SC members. Welcome to join us!
